What comes out of this
These are payouts, not take-home. The dump fee alone runs about $12–$41 per load at this size (roughly 0.41 tons at typical transfer-station rates). We reimburse disposal cost for special items a customer declares up front — fridges, TVs, tires, paint — but the base tipping fee on an ordinary load is yours. Fuel, insurance, vehicle wear and self-employment tax come out of this too.
Based on an average load of about 68.5 cu ft — roughly half of what your vehicle holds — at national average pricing. It assumes you fill every slot you pick, which depends on how many jobs are posted near you — that’s the part neither of us controls, and it’s usually what decides real earnings. Weeks vary, and the work is seasonal. This is an estimate of what jobs pay, not a guarantee of income or of available work.

Your truck doesn't need to be brand new
A reliable pickup, cargo van, or box truck is all it takes — no fancy equipment, no new vehicle purchase. If it runs well and fits the job, it qualifies.
