How your final price is calculated
- 1. Base price — set by the volume tier above, based on your item dimensions.
- 2. Location adjustment — a state and metro-area multiplier is applied, reflecting local cost of disposal and labor.
- 3. Surcharges — added only if they apply to your job:
Special-disposal items — some items cost your hauler a real fee at the landfill or recycler, so these are priced individually instead of a flat surcharge. Select any that apply when posting your job:
Where your money goes
