For Customers
1. Post your job
Upload 1–5 photos of what needs to go, enter your address, and describe the dimensions, weight, and any special items.
2. Get an instant price
See your exact price upfront, broken down by volume, location, and any surcharges — no phone calls, no waiting for a quote.
3. Save your payment method
Your card isn't charged yet — it's only saved. You're charged 24 hours after a hauler accepts your job.
4. A hauler shows up and hauls it away
Once a local hauler accepts your job, they show up in your scheduled arrival window and take care of everything.
For Haulers
1. Get verified
Complete onboarding: personal and vehicle info, availability, a one-time $60 verification fee, government-ID verification, and proof of active insurance.
2. Browse open jobs
Once approved, browse open jobs filtered by date and size, and accept ones that fit your vehicle.
3. Complete the job
Show up in the arrival window, do the work, and upload after-photos when you're done.
4. Get paid
Funds are held briefly for customer sign-off, then your earnings are released on the next weekly payday via Stripe Connect.
